Marbes brand is all about people. About a hundred professionals, mostly analysts, consultants and programmers. Marbes' specialty is its emphasis on customer support and assistance. That is why a large part of the company is oriented towards technical support and application development services.

Who am I: Director. Executive. Financial.
What I like to do: The key factor in our company's success is undeniably its people. I try to maintain a particular balance between the needs of the company and the needs of my co-workers. I am proud of the fact that more than half of our people have been with us for over 10 years. That's a phenomenon we're still working on...
What I can help you with: My job is HR and finance at Marbes. I try to meet the needs of our employees, our benefit program is one of the best on the market. The second agenda is finance, including business support for our colleagues. One of the strengths of Marbes is that we can advise and help clients with finance, including grant advice.
What is important to me: People. Both employees and customers.

Who am I: Technical Director? I am responsible for the technical performance of all our systems.
What I like to do: I have been with the MARBES Group for over 20 years and during that time I have been working on systems for our customers.
I enjoy improving the features of our products, responding to legislative challenges and simplifying agendas.
What I can help you with: Are you computerizing any agenda? Do you want to simplify or cheapen the operation of an information system? Together we can plan the procedure, analyse the interface and calculate the costs.
What is important to me: When we do a good job. It doesn't matter where. Whether it is in development, in testing or in a small idea that solves a customer's problem.
Ing. Miroslav Dvořák

Who am I: My work experience makes me in charge of everything around our clients. Contracts, relationships and marketing support activities.
What I like to do: I run the business, set business goals, product strategy and try to bring customer input to my colleagues in development.
What I can help you with: Developing a business opportunity, finding a solution, we can handle even the most demanding selection procedures in the company.
What is important to me: A satisfied customer. I know that we can always come back to the point of success once we find it.

Who am I: I am in charge of customer support. I think Marbes has a very good reputation in the Czech market for taking care of its customers.
What I like to do: my team consists of service managers, professional and technical consultants. Aligning the whole team to work as it should, to the satisfaction of customers and management, is a 24/7 task. My team takes care of the customers and I take care of my team and that's what I enjoy doing.
What I can help you with: If you are a fresh Marbes employee, come to me with anything. I can help you with orientation in the company, tell you who you can contact with partial things, I can certainly tell you the date of the next Marbes meeting in the pub or the date of the upcoming bike trip.
What is important to me: To solve small and big problems calmly.

Who am I: I lead the development team and we keep a positive and creative spirit. We strive to develop our knowledge. We are looking for new technologies in the market, which we adapt and improve. We work closely with consultants and business, we are not and do not want to be the lone island of development in the company.
What I like to do: We give opportunities to young developers and cooperate with IT schools in Pilsen.

Ing. Petr Soukup
Implementation Manager

Who am I: I joined the company as an Implementation Manager. I am not a computer scientist but my aim was to create a separate Implementation unit, alongside with my colleagues in Support and Development, and incorporating a second level of management into the company's processes.
What I like to do: Everything. Literally. Apart from leading the implementation team, I manage some projects myself, sometimes prepare marketing and teambuilding events, I do business and participate in the development of new solutions. During my time with Marbes, I've met a lot of new and interesting people - colleagues, customers, partners and I hope to meet many more.
What I can help you with: With the project. With its preparation, calculation of workload, integration links and choosing the right solution.
What is important to me: The moment when we hand over the completed project from the implementation to the service manager who is in charge of the customer. The feeling that we did everything as we should have. 100%.
Ing. Josef Svoboda

Who am I: I joined Marbes in 2002 as a consultant. At first, I was in charge of all activities, from programming to configurations and testing. Later I started to focus more on analytical activities and designing solutions. In Marbes there were several development teams that started to merge into a big development team that took care of all products. I became its leader, which I have remained to this day.
What I like to do: I am happy to meet a lot of inspiring people every day, who form a great team. The work here is not stereotypical because the world of technology is constantly changing.
What I can help you with: Acclimatization in Marbes. We solve problems on the go, as well as in a planned way.
We strive for efficiency.
What is important to me: Trying to do things differently and better, resisting the stereotype and being content with my work.
